Step 1: Download and Log In
Search “GRASEN” in Google Play or the App Store and install the app.
When you open it:
1. Select the charging operator.
2. Enter your mobile number or email.
3. Enter the verification code.
4. Log in.
The app also supports multiple languages for users in different markets.
Step 2: Find a Charging Station
Open the map after logging in.
You can search for nearby chargers and filter them by:
· connector type;
· availability;
· charging power.
This lets you check whether a suitable charging point is available before you arrive.
Step 3: Check Status, Power and Price
Tap a charging station to view its details.
The app can show:
· station name;
· distance;
· charging-point status;
· rated charging power;
· electricity price;

Step 4: Start Charging
There are two ways to begin a charging session.
Option 1: Scan the QR Code
Tap the scan icon in the app and scan the QR code on the charger.

After a recharge is completed, you can check the transaction under Payment History.
